Users can request deletion of their Yz-Course account data and Meta related login/share records by contacting Yz-Course support.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to yzcoursea@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject: Yz-Course Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email address or username registered in Yz-Course.
  4. Our team will verify the request and process eligible deletion within a reasonable period.

What May Be Deleted

Account profile data, notification tokens, forum content where applicable, direct message data where allowed, app login details, and other personal records connected to the account may be deleted or anonymized.

Records We May Keep

Some records may be retained if required for legal, security, payment, anti-fraud, classroom audit, or legitimate operational reasons.
